Meet at the main car park near to the main building entrance. There is a parking fee, currently £11 for all day. [visit their website] Best take packed lunch. If the weather is good we can do a long walk around Bretton Park. If not so good, then we could do for a shorter circuit with the option of a return to the restaurant for lunch. It can be muddy and quite steep in places.

On Sunday we will meet near the Grindleford Station café. The walk will take us along Padley Gorge and around part of the Longshaw estate. The full length walk is about 8km but there is also a 3km circuit which would see the gorge woodland and many of its birds. The weather will partly influence us.
