The Vertebrates of Hull

Although we do not have any records relating to a systematic survey of Hull's vertebrate animals, we thought that it would be useful to collect data in parallel with our initiative to re-map the City's plants. It is expected that mammals, amphibians and fish will dominate the list of maps available but reptiles will be added if they are encountered. Records from the city's anglers will be particularly welcome.

The maps will appear to be sparse at first but new data will be added as the survey progresses. We hope that new records will be added to the website fairly quickly and that the maps for the common species will be a good indication of our progress.
